- Question: How much does your service cost?
Answer: Our basic hourly fee of US $25.00, but the quote is assessed on a case-by-case basis, depending on the complexity of the work.
When you provide EconomicsHelp.net with the problems you want to have solved, we will give you a price quote based on the amount of hours the job will take and its complexity. That amount of hours can be a fraction of one hour.
- Question: How do I make the payment?
Answer: Using any major credit card. It's fast
and secure. Credit cards transactions are secured handled by Paypal, even though you don't need to have a paypal account to pay, it is enough to have a credit card.
- Question: How many problems can I submit?
Answer: You can submit as many problems as
you want, but of course, long lists will take longer to be
processed.
- Question: How long does it take to get my solved problems
back?
Answer: The basic fee is based on a normal
turn-around of 1-2 days. But when you submit your problems, you
can indicate what is your desired turn-around time frame, if you're
in a rush. Still, rush service is subject to availability only, and the hourly rate
higher.
- Question: How do I submit a list problems or an essay request
Answer: You choose what's more convenient for you.
You can e-mail, fax, snail-mail your problems to us ... If you work with any other method
of submission, just let us know and we'll figure it out.
- Question: Are your answers guaranteed?
Answer: Yes! We are a team professionals with lots experience and tecnical knowlegde of Economics, and
our work has the highest standards. But yet, the human factor can be always present, so in case that the work we provide has errors, we will gladly give your
money back, in the manner stated in our Terms of Service. Notice that in order to qualify for this refund policy, you should contact us first to fix any problems you might have with the problems. See the Terms of Service for more information.
- Question: I received the solutions to my problems, but the equations don't show up.
Answer: It may be because of you are using an older Word version. We mostly submit the solution written in Word,
and the equations are written with MathType. If you cannot see the equations, just e-mail us and we'll send you a pdf version
instead. Sometimes some Mac users have troubles reading certain Word documents. In any case of not being able to read the file with solutions we have sent you please right
away
- Question: Can you solve my homework?
